1. THE TEAM AND PLAYERS
A match will be played between two teams of 11 players

2. SIGHT CLASSIFICATION
B1 Players: No light perception up to inability to recognise shape of hand
B2 Players: Ability to recognise hand shape up to visual acuity 2/60 or visual field less than 5 degrees
B3 Players: Visual acuity above 2/60 up to 6/60 or visual field less than 20 degrees
3. IDENTIFYING CLASSIFICATION ON FIELD
- B1: White wrist band on right wrist OR one white stripe on right upper arm
- B2: Red wrist band OR two white stripes
- B3: Blue wrist band OR three white stripes
4. BATTING ORDER RULE
In every cycle of three in batting order, one player from each category B1, B2, B3 must play
5. THE BOWLING AND THE BOWLER

| B1 Bowler Quota | Minimum 40% overs: 16 overs in 40 Over ODI, 8 overs in T20 |
| Max Overs Per Bowler | 20% of total overs i.e. 8 overs in 40 Over match |
| Dead Ball to B1 | Ball bouncing over 8 inch red line on stumps to B1 batsman = Dead Ball |
6. SCORING RULES
B1 Double Runs: All runs scored off bat by B1 batsman shall be doubled
One Bounce Catch: One bounce catch by B1 player = Batsman Out
Time Wasting Penalty: 5 run penalty to bowling team if batting team wastes time
7. ONE DAY INTERNATIONAL RULES

| Duration | 190 Minutes, 3 hours 10 minutes per side |
| Drinks Break | 5 min each after 13th and 26th over |
| Points System | Win = 3 Points, Draw or Tie = 1 Point |
| Minimum Match | 15 overs per side for valid match |
| Slow Over Rate | 6 runs penalty per over not bowled in time |
8. TWENTY-20 RULES
| Duration | 95 Minutes per innings |
| Drinks Break | 5 minutes after 10 overs |
| Innings Break | 20 minutes between innings |
9. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Residency Rule: Player must be resident of country for 365 days and not played for other nation in same period
Change Nation: Notify WBC Executive before changing
10. FIELDING RESTRICTIONS
- Max 5 fielders on leg side at instant of delivery
- After powerplay, max 5 fielders outside inner circle
- Infringement = No Ball
Important: No individual excluded from competition due to Race, Religion, Gender or Age
